Sargun ( ਸਰਗੁਨ ) is made from the two roots 'sar' which means 'with' and 'gun' which means 'form' or 'quality' or 'merit'. So the these two combined means "with physical form" or "with quality/attribute" or "with merit". When referring to God it means "manifest" or "with highest attributes", "supreme form", etc
